As of 2004 the Maine Interstate redesignated route and exit numbers. The following information reflects the new information (with old exit numbers in parenthesis).

** I-495 is no longer designated - it is now I-95 from Kittery, through Augusta and up to Houlton **

** Coming from I-95/The Maine Turnpike **
Take Exit 53 - West Falmouth (formerly exit 10).
Turn right once through the toll plaza onto Rt 100 (also known as Rt 26 and/or Auburn Street). Continue down Rt 100 until you reach your first traffic light. At the light, take a right onto Sanborn Street. We are the first building on your right.

** Coming from I-295 Northbound **
Take Exit 8 - Washington Avenue (still exit 8)
Continue down Washington Avenue until you reach the traffic light at the intersection of Allen Avenue (there will be an Amato's on your right and a Dunkin Donuts on your left). Go straight through this light and straight through the next light. At the following light, take a left onto Sanborn Street. We are the first building on your right.

** Coming from I-295 Southbound **
Take Exit 10 - Bucknam Road (still exit 10)
Turn right at the top of the off-ramp. At first traffic light (Rt 9), go straight; you are now on Allen Avenue Extension. Continue on Allen Avenue Extension until you reach the next traffic light. Turn right onto Auburn Street. Go straight through the next traffic light. Take a left at the next traffic light onto Sanborn Street. We are the first building on your right.

** All other locations **

Parking:

There is a parking lot for patients, located on Sanborn Street; diagonally across from our building. The lot is designated with a sign which reads "Parking for 9 - 11 Sanborn Street". On street parking is also permitted, if available.
