“I love this place! I actually grew up going to Brunswick Dental Health Associates with Dr. LeBourdais and I never wanted to leave because I've always had great experiences there. Since I no longer live near Brunswick, I needed to find a new dentist and a coworker recommended Portland North Dental. Turns out Dr. DeRice and Dr. LeBourdais went to school together, so I suppose I shouldn't be surprised that they both have such great offices! From the moment I walked in, Christine at the front desk made me feel welcome as a new patient with her smile and upbeat personality. She answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help me schedule my appointments and made sure I had written estimate prices of what I would pay out of pocket (after insurance) for my cavity fillings . Both of my cavity fillings were done by Dr. Pochebit and assisted by Katrina. They both made me feel very comfortable through the whole process (which was actually a painless experience). Dr. Pochebit took the time to explain things to me and he always made sure to ask me if I had any questions after the fillings. Katrina took great care of me in the dentist chair, checking in on me through the procedure to make sure I was doing okay. I enjoyed talking to them and it is clear that the staff has family-like relationships that are refreshing to see in a dental office. Lastly, I must mention my dental cleaning with Shana. She was amazing! From start to finish, she kept me updated on what she would be doing and what I was comfortable with. I felt like she genuinely cared about my dental hygiene and she made me feel like I had a beautiful smile. After the cleaning, she took the time to show me how I could improve my brushing and the difference it could make if I use an electric toothbrush. My teeth felt so smooth and clean when it was all done. I have not had a chance to meet Amanda yet, but I hear she is awesome as well. I had a small interaction with Ramon in passing, but that's all it took to conclude that he has a good sense of humor and a cheerful personality.
