    Dr. Christopher Pochebit

    Dr. Chris“Topher” Pochebit, a Portland native, graduated from Cheverus High School where he became a decorated athlete in hockey, football and lacrosse. Dr. Pochebit went on to major in Biotechnology at Endicott College with a pre-medical focus while playing collegiate football. He returned home to Portland to complete his childhood dream and become a dentist. He graduated in the inaugural class from the University of New England where students received twice as many clinical hours compared to other dental schools. He was amongst the first group of students selected to a 12-week externship to complete comprehensive dental care for the rural communities in northern New England. Dr. Pochebit is a dedicated dentist who finds joy in all aspects of dentistry. With a gentle approach and a commitment to patient comfort, Dr. Pochebit has built a reputation for making dental visits a positive experience. Outside of his professional life, Dr. Pochebit is a devoted family man. He is married to his wonderful wife, Brittany, and together they have three sons: Daniel, Zachary, and Ryan. Dr. P enjoys spending quality time with his family on Little Sebago along with their yellow lab, Franklin. He is an avid golfer and hockey player and is currently the team dentist for the Maine Mariners hockey team.

    Christine – Office Manager

    Christine has been a cornerstone of Portland North Dental since 1993, bringing decades of experience and leadership to her role as Office Manager. A graduate of Stevens High School, Rapid City, SD, she went on to attend the University of Southern Maine. Christine is known for her attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to creating a smooth and supportive experience for both patients and staff. In her free time, Christine can be found spending time with family and friends rucking, bowling, golfing, and doing GORUCK events.

    Amanda – Dental Hygienist

    Amanda has been a valued member of the Portland North Dental team since 2007. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Boston’s renowned Forsyth School for Dental Hygiene. with over two decades of experience, Amanda is dedicated to providing gentle, thorough care and helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their oral health. Outside the office, Amanda enjoys running, camping, hiking, and spending time at the beach with her husband, son, and their dog.

    Emily – Dental Hygienist

    Emily joined Portland North Dental in 2022 and has been a practicing dental hygienist since 2016. A graduate of Cheverus High School, she went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of New England. Emily is passionate about providing thorough, compassionate care and helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. Outside of work, Emily enjoys fishing, playing disc golf, and spending time outdoors with her husband and their two children.

    Ramon – Dental Assistant

    Ramon has been a skilled, dedicated member of the Portland North Dental team since 2011. Originally from the Dominican Republic, he completed his high school education there before moving to the U.S. With years of hands-on experience, Ramon is known for his strong work ethic, calm demeanor, and commitment to patient comfort and care. Outside the office, Ramon enjoys baseball, hiking, and traveling the world.

    Morghan – Dental Assistant & Front Desk

    Morghan began her career in dentistry at Portland North Dental in 2013 and was proud to return to the team in 2024. A graduate of Lewiston High School, she brings experience and versatility to her dual role as a dental assistant and front desk team member. When not assisting patients chairside, Morghan plays a key role at the front desk, often being the first point of contact for patients. Her welcoming attitude, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate scheduling and communication make her an essential part of ensuring the practice runs smoothly and patients feel at ease from the moment they walk through the door.
